Want to try leading an international volunteer team, grow personally, and gain experience that will look great on your CV?

Become a campleader at an international workcamp in the Czech Republic. You’ll help bring people together, support a local community, and create an experience that volunteers will remember for years.

For expats living in the country, workcamps offer a unique way to discover Czechia – its nature, people and culture.

Don’t worry, we’ll prepare you for everything during the training.

What does a campleader actually do?
🌍 coordinate a group of international volunteers
🤝 communicate with the local partner and the INEX team
🧩 support the group and help solve situations that come up during the project

What will you learn during the training?
No boring lectures — we use interactive and experiential learning methods.

Bonus: meet inspiring volunteers
On Saturday evening, you’ll meet people from INEX who have joined workcamps all over the world. They’ll share their stories and experiences. Feel free to ask them anything.
