Background of the project:
This will be the second time that we organize this training. The first one was a success and the result of this has been really useful for the various projects that we’ve organized. Actually, the booklet of game which has been created during this training is used all the summers by the facilitators of the work camps. The trainers who took part to this first edition are ready and happy to do it again.
We want to allow others youth workers, volunteers to take part of this project.
“Let’s play inclusion again!” is designed for people who are convinced that the purpose of all the games is to learn by playing. We want to use the game as a tool for social and cultural inclusion for young people with fewer opportunities.
It’s linked with the projects that we already daily lead in the neighborhood; every year we organize some international work camps with the aim of use the games as tools for sociability, exchanges, discover of other cultures and give another way to see the world.

Objectives of the project
• Define the concept of inclusion/exclusion, identifying the target groups and analyzing their special needs;
• Reflect on methodologies, team building and group dynamics as well as on the position of the facilitator;
• Exchange working methods and common practices to favor the inclusion process in each participant organization;
• Share tools and develop new ones focusing on game as tool of inclusion;
• Develop a toolkit for future projects.

Profile of participants
Youth workers, work camp leaders, staff and active members from international voluntary organizations. Participants need to be interested in the topics tackled by training.
Training results
The main result expected is the awareness of the participant around the topic of using games as inclusion tools. Practically, we aimed to realize another booklet of good practices and exemple of games that we going to create and experiment during the training.

The methodology, based on the reinforcement of non formal education values, training sessions, workshops, debates, and the structure of this European training will serve to further encourage an active involvement of each participant. This will allow participants to be able to develop competencies and new tools for the use of games as inclusion tools in their daily practice.
