  • What Next? – A Handbook from the trainingEN

Based on many years´experience of organizations involved in the project Volunteering for the Future and results of the pilot training for volunteers, who returned from their projects, a handbook called "What next“ was created. It helps to organize a training on this topic and guide the participants through four phases – from their voluntary experience towards the active citizenship.

  • Engaging Returned Volunteers in Active Citizenship – Research, learning and best practice from four countries.EN

Within the project Volunteering for the Future, supported from the program Erasmus+ , four partner organization from the Czech Republic, Ireland, Germany and Great Britain evaluated the form of active citizenship in their countries and they identified good practice examples for the support of active citizenship. The project also initiated all-European research concerning the active citizenship among people having some voluntary experience in a foreign country. The result is 12 recommendations, how to engage volunteers after their return.

  • Organize a Workcamp in Your Community: A Handbook for Organizers of International Voluntary ProjectsEN

Within the project Synergy of Volunteering, supported from EHP Funds, a handbook was created for those, who want to organize a workcamp in their municipality. This publication is a summary of a long-time experience of INEX-SDA and experience of hosts of the voluntary projects. It serves as a practical handbook, that is a guide through the whole process of preparation, realization and evaluation of an international voluntary project. You will also find there best practice examples from current projects.

  • Young Europeans for Global Development: A Guidebook for Global Education in International VolunteeringEN

This publication, created within the project Young Europeans for Global Development, is meant primarily for organizations, that have experience with sending volunteers abroad and they look for an inspiration, how to raise quality of their activities and include the topic of global volunteering. One of the main topics of the publication is a long-time work with volunteers, who participated in projects abroad. You will also find there best practice examples in this field.
